xFact increased transparency of information and eliminated information silos by developing and implementing a data warehousing system designed to electronically exchange, store, and facilitate the analysis of incident data maintained by state and local law enforcement agencies. xFact completed a full project lifecycle across requirements collection, design, development, training, knowledge transfer, and project management.
